Monthly update no. 11 | Day Zero Project πŸͺ

– progress of month no. 11 –
I have to say, this month there has been very little progress when it comes to the Day Zero Project. I actually did quite some nice summer activities and enjoyed the weather, while at the same time trying not to melt, but apparently I didn’t do many things from my list.

36.   Make different series of articles on the blog [3/5]
I really enjoyed writing my ESC-diary in retrospect series about my year in Austria, so I decided to do the same for my Erasmus semester in the UK in 2015. A great way to freshen up my memory of the experience! The first part of the five part Erasmus-diary in retrospect series is online now.

28.   Add three songs to the 3/month-playlist every month [11/33]
I listened to a lot more music this time than last month, so I had plenty of songs to pick my three favourite from. My weekly playlist from Spotify did a great job most weeks, so I was able to discover many new songs.

74.   Explore the area where I live [2/3]
Last weekend, I went to the Menkemaborg with my family. It’s a small castle close to where I live with a big garden around it. I had never been there before, even though it’s only half an hour from where I live!

52.   Cook one new dish per month [14/25]
After making a cauliflower burger last month, I made a cauliflower soup this time. Again, very nice, even though I’m not such a cauliflower fan (or am I changing my mind? Who knows).
